This site is strictly used for the commission of, purchase of, and delivery of fine art from Teri Saa to you. The information we collect is used only by Teri Saa to contact you for the purpose of discussing the creation of, or purchase of, and delivery of your fine art. At no time on the web site do we ask for credit card or payment information. All payment information is handled over the phone during your private consultation with the artist.
The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected on or submitted to the Teri Saa Gallery web site. On one page, you are able to commission a Sculpted Masterpiece. On another you are able to inform us that you'd like to purchase a piece from one of the existing galleries. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:
Name
Address
Email address
Phone number
Comments
This information is only used to contact you and to eventually deliver, to you, the Sculpted Masterpiece you desire.
On another page you are asked to submit the photo or photos you'd like transformed into a Sculpted Masterpiece. On this page, we ask you to download your picture(s) to an email sent directly to artist@terisaagallery.com .
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete your order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete and deliver your order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Because, the personal information we collect is sent in email form directly from the web site to our email and only used, at your request, to contact you, we will confirm and correct, if needed, any information you've given to us during your personal phone consultation.
Upon receiving your email, all of the information is printed onto a paper order form and your email is deleted.
